90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS PRODUCT INCLUDES A 90-DAY LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS.
- ► The warranty is not valid to products that have been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification or repair by unauthorized third party.
- ►It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace the product.
- ►It is not the responsibility of the manufacturer if the failure of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.
- ►Over-charging or damages due to improperly maintaining lithium-ion battery installed in unit are not covered by the warranty.
- ►The warranty does not cover tires, charge ports and other parts, which are considered consumables, parts that break easily such as glass or plastic or defects based on normal wear and tear.
- ►There is no warranty obligation in the event of marginal differences compared to the target appearance and workmanship provided these have a negligible effect on the product’s fitness for use, in the event of damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects, by water, moisture, debris or generally from abnormal conditions.
- ►Bugattiscooters reserves the right to exchange the product for a replacement product of equal or greater value if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost. Products and/or parts that have been replaced or exchanged become property of Bugattiscooters.
- ►Repairs or modifications performed without written consent from Bugattiscooters void the warranty.
- ►Products equipped with additional parts or accessories that are not approved for Bugattiscooters void the warranty.
- ►The use of any charger other than the charger included, or a charger for a different model, voids the warranty and is a serious fire hazard.
- ►Exposure to water, moisture, mud, dirt or debris, voids the warranty.
- ►Warranties that have been activated do not cause the warranty period to be extended, nor do they trigger a new warranty period. The warranty period for any replacement parts installed ends with the warranty period for the entire product.
- ►Claims for replacement due to damage caused to the outside of the product, provided there is no obligatory legal liability are excluded.
WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, WHICH LEADS TOUSAGE RESTRICTIONS, DATA LOSS, AND LOSS OF EARNINGS OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS.
ASSERTING A WARRANTY CLAIM:
- For warranty service please contact the Bugattiscooters Service Center by visiting BUGATTISCOOTERSNA.COM
- Bugattiscooters will try to diagnose and solve your problem. Photos and/or videos may be required to properly diagnose the issue and verify warranty eligibility. A copy of your receipt or online order confirmation, with purchase date visible, is required. Bugattiscooters reserves the right to verify purchases with the retailer and/or asset protection databases and will deny warranty claims if the receipt is invalid, cannot be verified, or if the item has been returned or exchanged.
- If a warranty claim exists, it is at Bugattiscooters’s sole discretion to send replacement parts and or issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) to send the product to Bugattiscooters.
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Bugattiscooters and submitted to services@bugattiscootersna.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Bugattiscooters via services@bugattiscootersna.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 90 days of initial purchase will be processed through Bugattiscooters.
A deposit is required to replace the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery, which will be refunded in full upon receival by Bugattiscooters of the parts that need to be replaced.
Bugattiscooters will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Bugattiscooters will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Bugattiscooters without the after-sales team’s authorization.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact services@bugattiscootersna.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
